1928 Deed Mentioning the Kutz Family Burial Ground between sellers: Charles W. Kutz, his wife Katie W. Kutz and another party: The second paragraph from the bottom on page 1 says: "Subject however, that the Burying Ground or Private Cemetery must be kept and maintained in good order and condition by the Grantees, their Heirs and Assigns."
