The below 1945 Deed between Katie W. Kutz, widow, and another party mentions the graveyard at the top of the second page: "The grantor herein, Katie W. Kutz, hereby reserves for herself, her heirs and assigns and for any other person to whom the right may be given by her will, the right of ingress and egress at any and all times to the cemetery property located on the within described premises."
